Payxi FAQ page

You can sign up for Payxi by downloading our app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and verify your identity.

Creating an account and sending money to other Payxi users is free. We may charge a small fee for certain services, like instant bank transfers. You will always be notified of any fees before a transaction is completed.

To send money, open the app, tap 'Send', and choose a recipient from your contacts. Enter the amount, add a note (optional), and confirm the transaction. The money will be sent instantly to their Payxi wallet.

Payments between Payxi users are instant. Bank transfers from your Payxi account to your bank account may take 1-3 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. You will be asked to enter the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will then send you instructions to reset your password.

We use state-of-the-art security, including end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your data. We never store your full card details, and all transactions are monitored 24/7 for suspicious activity.

Please check your internet connection and ensure your account has sufficient funds. If the issue persists, you can review the transaction details in your activity history or contact our support team for help.
